Do I need any experience?

Nope. Genuinely zero. If you can sit in a chair and tolerate me being mildly enthusiastic, we're in business. Most students start without ever having held the instrument.

Do kids need their own instrument?

Eventually, yes — but you don't need to buy a fancy one. I'm happy to give you a short list of beginner-friendly guitars and keyboards in different price ranges before you spend a dime.

What if I'm bad?

You will be! That is the assignment. Being bad at first is non-negotiable. Being bad while having fun is the entire pedagogy. The ram supports your badness fully.

How long until I can play a real song?

Honestly? Most people can play a recognizable, simple version of a real song within the first 3–4 lessons. Sounding polished takes longer, but sounding 'oh, that's actually a song' is fast.

What ages do you teach?

Roughly age 7 and up for guitar (their hands need to reach) Adults of any age are extremely welcome. No upper limit.

Do you do recitals?

Only if a student wants one and it's low-key. No big stage, no judges, no pressure. Some students like a tiny living-room showcase for family. Others never do, and that's also great.
